The email address on your order, the tickets you send, and a log of requests with IP address, browser and time, kept for security. Your own mailboxes are not our concern, and we never ask for their passwords.

The listing, the number of mailboxes, the total, the payment status the payment provider reports, and the delivered addresses and passwords. Card and wallet numbers are processed by the payment provider and never reach us.

What they are used for

Delivering the order, checking a warranty ticket against the delivered line, replying to you, preventing fraud and meeting accounting duties.

Our payment, hosting and email providers handle these details on our behalf and for these purposes only. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Cookies

The site sets the cookies needed to sign in, keep a cart and pay securely. It sets no advertising cookies.

Retention and requests

Delivered lines are held until the order can no longer be claimed; order and payment records for as long as accounting law demands; request logs briefly. To get a copy of your data, correct it or have it erased, write from your order email through the Contact page.
